January 2018 has been a semi-productive month for me. The first two weeks for me were rather bland and nothing interesting really happened. I did some sporadic work on The Elder Ones Part Two: Earth Splitter, but never really considered what I intended to do over the course of the year.
Resolution: My original resolution for this year was to write two full novels over twelve months. Over the last week of January, that morphed into a more active and laborious goal. I assigned myself one day of the week to work on one of my six current projects each. The goal of that plan is to complete a series of books over the course of a year, so I have a library to work with and prepare for publishing over 2019.
Key Events:
- There were a few key events over January for me. As required by Australian Law, I am to find a job of some description, but I have had no luck in that endeavour as of yet.
- In the middle of the month I did something I had wanted to do for a long time. I took the plunge and decided that it would be the right time for me to get a tattoo (seen below)

- The next week, I decided to take the plunge and I self-published The Elder Ones Part One: Sea Spray through Kindle Direct Publishing, and it is available for the foreseeable future on Amazon.com
- In the final week of January I decided to undertake my ambitious writing plan and new schedule for the remainder of 2018. I intend to keep everyone updated on it on a weekly basis (perhaps upgraded to bi-weekly, or daily basis pending interest/my fatigue)
I look forward to keeping you all up to date on my writing and events that occur in my life.
